out the cute girl who answered my ad this week for a new roommate.
i just love it when they show up trying to find a cheap place to stay
cause they don't have very much money. i always point out the part
in the ad where it says price is negotiable. that always gets there
attention so i tell them about my rent free program where the pay
with there ass instead of cash. she was all for it and she gave us
